FAQ
Why do I need a Certificate of Accuracy? The Certificate of Accuracy (CoA) is the final and definitive proof that the translations have been properly carried out, and is required by most regulatory agencies. Telelingua provides both digital and hard copy versions of the CoA, signed by a senior manager after all quality assurance steps have been completed.
What's the difference between back-translation and third-party review?Back-translation is the process of translating the source material from the target language back into the source language. By comparing the back translation with the source material, it can be verified that the translation effectively communicates the meaning of the source material.

A third-party review is conducted by an independent translator who compares the completed translation line-by-line against the source material to verify that the translation is complete and accurate. Both these steps serve to verify the accuracy of the translation, but they differ in cost and the time required. Your regulatory department will tell you which one you require.
